I came here for brake rotors and pads replacement. David was very helpful and honest about everything. He even went on helped me spotted wheel misalignment when he was checking. He then gave me recommendations and price quote about different ways to handle. Fully thinking in my shoe instead of trying to squeeze extra money for me. I love this style, every dollar I paid here is legit and will definitely come back for future services even though it is a bit far away from my place.

I dropped off my car which I wasn't sure was worth saving and he took fantastic care of me by giving his recommendations, explaining what my options were and was transparent about pricing upfront and along the way. David is a very knowledgeable and honest person. I dropped by his shop for oil change after I searched online. He inspected all problems during the oil change and suggested how to fix it with detail explanation. In addition, the price is reasonable and I don't have to worry about my car anymore. I brought my 20 year old BMW Z3 into have my brakes replace. They were great and inspected the whole car and walked me through and showed and explained to me what else was needed to be repaired. They got the job done quickly and did amazing job. They buffed out some paint on my bummer and fixed my door to closed properly for no extra charge. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

Nasseri Auto Tech gets my highest recommendation for a car repair shop!
David replaced camshaft sensor on my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder which solved the problem of failure to start the car after it had been driven and parked. A few days later he did an oil change and checked to see if everything was working correctly. He is a very caring, thorough and courteous auto mechanic and shop owner.
I'm taking my car in to his shop today for another oil change and inspection.
If you live anywhere near Santa Clara, CA, I strongly suggest you use Nasseri Auto Tech for all car maintenance! Kuddos to David

My wagon who had my two little boys in it was missing a screw and the respective wheel kept falling off as a result. I treaded my way to the shop with the two boys in tow. To such a great relief, the owner graciously allowed his employee to assist me for free and did not accept any payment offer from me. He even was hospitable to my boys and gave them each a bag of goodies while I was waiting for that very short time we were there. My car had a check engine light that was on and off for a week. I messaged David for a quote on Yelp as well as for some advice and he responded right away! I brought the car in and he diagnosed it and walked me through everything with pictures from during the diagnosis. He really helped me out and I would really recommend him to others!!

I'm really still beaming from my recent experience with Nasseri Auto Tech. My brake light was on, even when the emergency brake was off, and it was a mystery as to why. I left my car with another mechanic for a month a half and he worked on it, charged me for his work, and couldn't figure out the problem. I took my car to Nasseri the same day I picked it up from the previous mechanic and David Nasseri fixed it in... 1.5 hours!! I was thrilled. I brought my car for oil and brake fluids change. The car was a year overdue for maintenance and I was very grateful for the full inspection. It turned out that the air filter needed to be replaced (3 years from the last change or more) and tires needed special attention. I wouldn't have paid attention to that on my own. I appreciated a detailed quote before he started the work and that the final price was what was quoted.

I googled shops near me and found Nasseri Auto Tech. He did inspection while I waited and then told me what I really needed fix and what can wait. I also like that he accepts Snap so if you don't have funds you can use Snap to pay for repairs. My car is driving much better and will be going back to fix the remaining items that need to be replaced. Great customer service and prices.

I had the pleasure of getting a quote from them. David N., claiming to be the owner, quoted me $500 for a 45k miles service for my car.
Even though Lexus' publically available service guide outlines a number of inspections and replacements, upon probing what the quoted $500 would go towards, I was told, and I am quoting:
"Engine oil and filter inspection
Engine Air filter and cabin filte Rotating $500"
You claim to be certified but still don't know what's needed in a 45k service, and you quote inflated non-competitive prices.
I gave you a number of chances and hints

Let me say Mr. David is one of the best and most qualified technicians in whole Bay Area. He fixed my 2013 Toyota Prius steering wheel. Prior him fixing it I took it to a few other repair shops and they all said they can't fix it. My friend referred me to Nasseri Auto Tech and once Mr. David drop my car he knew what the issue. He give me on the spot the estimate and time. It was super fast, and he was able to fix the issue that now one else could have. My 2008 VW Passat is way overdue for a full service besides the regular oil change. There were serious known issues like oil housing leakage but I kept postponing it until this year I finally decided to fix them all.
David did a very thorough inspection for the car and showed me in person where some of the issues are. When he heard that I have some backup oil in the trunk and sometimes would backfill the oil a little for emergency, he kindly checked my backup oil and shared the knowledge and suggestions for me to choose the right oil to my engine.

I'm pretty fussy about who works on my car. That's why I always go to David at Nasseri Auto Tech in Santa Clara. He fixed the cruise control on my Chrysler Sebring convertible right away. He is very thorough and honest. It's great that he explains in detail exactly what he finds and what he will do. Extremely fair prices
