I had a very good experience at my first visit. I showed up for my appointment and they got started within a few minutes sitting in the waiting area. The dental hygienist was very nice and did a great job on my cleaning. Dr. Pope was also very nice during the examination. I will be going back in 6 months for my next exam and cleaning.
The only negative thing is the location in google maps is slight off, so it took me a few extra minutes to find the location.

Check in was super easy, since I had completed all documents on line I was simply directed to sit in the common area. Meet and greet of the hygienist was pleasant and the cleaning process was good. A pleasant greeting from the Dr. and explanation of the exam and documented information that was taken. Upon completion I could by pass the desk and exit the building. Was a positive experience and I am booked for my 6 month follow-up. Very pleased I got this recommendation from a friend.

Wow! What a wonderful experience! From the first phone contact, to the appointment I was extremely pleased. Everyone I had contact with was very pleasant. I appreciate that they contacted my insurance before my appointment to verify coverage & asked me to request documents from my prior dentist to prevent additional charges.
Ms. Lora the hygienist, is phenomenal! She is very personable and sweet. All my nerves escaped me once I sat in her chair. She took her time and gave me a THOROUGH cleaning. Dr. Costello also had good bedside manner. Overall, I am extremely pleased they found a spot to fit
