Coordinated a wheel installation with Tire Rack. It went great. Sullivan called me when the parts came in and checked to make sure I’m scheduled for the install. Sullivan’s is always professional with great customer service. I had brake rotors replaced and asked if my brake pads should be replaced at the same time. They said no, they are not needed —which says it all! Appreciated that integrity. Call them—you won’t be disappointed.

I wish I could give Sullivan’s 10 stars instead of 5. These guys were the best!
I was stranded in Seaside with a flat and no hope. The employees went out of their way to help me..even drove me to get a specialty tire elsewhere..and then got me safely on my way home.
They were truly heroes who I will always appreciate and never forget!! Thank you again to such a great team (Mark, Kevin, Chris and all..) who helped this damsel in distress. You rock!

Update 08/05: the owner asked us to reach out and without arguing he immediately agreed this was incorrectly handled by his staff while being away from the work shop. He refunded us the amount. We are very pleased with this professional approach!!!! Because of this from a 1 star to a 3 star......a 5 star to professionalism to the owner!!!!
08/04 We received a coupon for "free diagnostic system check". We ended up paying $183 for a catalytic converter test. After the test we received the information that Sullivan Tires was not able to fix the problem and that we had to go to the dealership because
