Thieves and snakes. Don't trust Kevin - he doesn't do ANYTHING except ask for more money. Months later, no results, not even any progress, and he just says to give up and take the deal. What a waste of money. I could have taken the deal they offered for free months ago and had the same outcome. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COWARD.

We went to Mr. Kevin Ellmann during a desperate time. He was amazing on how he helped us. "Honest" is typically a word not associated with lawyers. However, if I was forced to choose one word that describes him I would choose "honest". The dust has settled for us and looking back at the situation he could have nickled and dimed us, but he didn't. He is extremely knowledgeable, well connected and sincere.
