We defend criminal traffic cases in all courts in Mohave County and throughout Northern Arizona. When an Arizona driver commits a traffic offense, they are often provided a ticket, fines, and possibly jail time depending on the severity of the violation.
Most people think of speeding as a minor offense since it is relatively common. The average motorist will most likely receive a civil speeding ticket at least once in their life. However, there is another type of speeding offense that is handled way more seriously by Arizona law enforcement officials and prosecutors.
A civil traffic ticket is given to a motorist or a pedestrian, of whom an officer claims has violated a civil traffic law. When one receives a ticket, they are given a form that lists civil traffic laws. The officer will check each law that has been violated by the offender. Tickets that are also classified by whether a car was in motion at the time the officer suspected the supposed misconduct.

My experience with them was really professional and successful. My case was dismissed and they take care of pretty much everything. Before I called them I was in contact with some others legal signatures and I can feel How the other legal signatures was more interested in how much I can pay rather than if I can win the case so if you ever found yourself in that situation where you feel they are not honest about the outcome, call them as soon as you received the summons you will have not just a team of professionals but peace on mind.

I found my experience with Attorney Matthew Springer disappointing. The office appears to want to charge the maximum amount for minimal work. Mr. Springer's follow up on items of discussion was sorely lacking. He regularly would not respond to my emails or messages left for him. His failure to file a motion or notice and lack of response to certain emails was even referenced in court documents. At one hearing on zoom he hid in the shadows and made no attempt to counter the other attorney's highly exaggerated statements. Because of this new counsel was retained.
