I highly recommend Thyden Gross and Callahan, LLP! Specifically Jim Gross and Michael Callahan. I was in a contentious divorce and Jim and Michael were instrumental in creating a calming experience for me. Their consistent "patience and persistence" approach enabled me to focus on my work, my family and friends, while they focused on the task at hand! The opposing attorney was anything but professional, nor was she responsive. Her "professionalism" and business style only reinforced how incredibly wonderful my attorneys were in their approach to reaching a more than acceptable outcome for me. In

Mr. James Gross is an outstanding family lawyer who is well-versed in all aspects of family law. Unlike some other lawyers, who fight fire with fire, Mr. Gross takes an approach that involves minimal friction between the parties involved, which is always the recommended path. He comes up with unique solutions to problems and is there for you whenever you need him! I am very grateful to him for his help and highly recommend him and his firm!

I'm sure that most of us believe that our case is unique. Whether or not mine truly was, this firm was sensitive and accommodating in the way they handled my "unique" needs and requests. TGC was quite flexible with me while their guidance and execution remained deliberate, timely, and effective. While the billing hasn't entirely concluded yet, the only billing surprise I've encountered has been a clear stewardship toward my costs.

I am posting this to express my deep appreciation for the excellent job Jim Gross of Thyden Gross did in handling my recent divorce. We were faced with a challenging situation because my spouse was occupying our home (after I moved out) and did not want to move. Through Jim's guidance and direct approach, we were able to work out an arrangement through negotiations which enabled us to settle our case. Through it all, Jim was knowledgeable, professional, a skilled negotiator and most impressive to me was how he was always immediately responsive to me anytime I needed to discuss or review things

We were looking for an elder law attorney for my parents and were lucky enough to find Michael Callahan. He has been wonderful. He's experienced, honest, knowledgable, practical, patient and thorough. Navigating trusts and powers of attorney and other documents designed to protect my parents has been a complicated road. Also having to discuss things like illness, long term care and death can be difficult. Mike has been so helpful through all of it. I feel like my parents and I understood our options and were able to make good choices with his help. I would highly recommend him to anyone navigating

I never imagined the day would come where I would find myself in a divorce attorney's office. That said, from the very first moment that I walked into Jim Gross's office, he was the epitome of professional, kind, understanding and wise. Add to that, his patience is unending. He made the entire process as easy as possible. I would strongly recommend him to anyone that is looking for advice and guidance during the separation/divorce process.

Nelson Garcia exudes an ideal combination of professionalism, competency and empathy. Due to his clear, concise explanations I always left his office aware of exactly where I stood and what was coming down the pipe. Phone calls and emails were always returned promptly. Meetings were meaningful and time sensitive. Tasks were carried out expeditiously. So, this is really a review of my lawyer, Nelson Garcia. He came highly recommended by a friend who'd used him as her divorce attorney, and maybe he was great for her. He wasn't for me. My divorce was pretty cut and dry. We just needed someone to write up the legalese for us. The retainer was $5,000, but I think I wound up paying about twice that because Nelson just would. not. listen. to. me. about how I wanted to handle things. I'm sure that he thought that he was doing his due diligence for his client, but after the client (me) has answered multiple times, I really feel like the
