Staff was amazing. The quality of the dry aged bone in cowboy ribeye was melt in your mouth. Unfortunately the crust flavor was very lacking. The steak overall felt very under seasoned. And I am a traditional black pepper salt person but even with just that the flavors just did not shine through at all which did not allow the beef flavor to stand out as strong as other stakes that I have had in the past. Everything else was very good when it came to the dishes however when I'm spending $100 plus per person just did not go home feeling like it was worth it.

Very OVERPRICED for their food. We ordered the cowboy ribeye and Bison with potatoes, one piece of chocolate cake and 2 glasses of wine and it came to $225. The cowboy ribeye was good (a bit salty) but not $65 good. The Bison was NOT impressive and had a game like flavor to it. I have enjoyed Bison at other restaurants and loved it, here I was not a fan. As far as service the service is what gives the stars a chance here. Our servers were AMAZING. Very kind and attentive waitstaff. ❤

Mahogany has become our only go-to in OKC for fine dining. We've tried all of the "expensive" restaurants, including Vast, and Mahogany is the only one worth going to. The food is put front and center. Other places seem to sacrifice food quality for atmosphere. Mahogany is anything but bouji. The portions are large, and the flavor is amazing. You can spend $350 going all out, or you can get a couple of Chef's Specials for fifty or sixty bucks. While your meal CAN be very expensive if you want to try everything, it certainly doesn't have to be. I've never tried anything at Mahogany that I didn't

All I can say is I expected a great steak and ended up with a wonderful meal.
My spouse and I reserved a table for our anniversary, it was no hassle and we got seated on time.
The food simply put was everything a great steakhouse dinner should be. Expect true steakhouse prices, but everything is upfront and honest.

When I pay 110$ for a meal I expect every detail to be perfect. I sat at the bar because I was alone but still expect stellar service when paying so much regardless. The bartender was extremely rude and in my head I say well everyone has bad days, but when you serve at a place with those prices you need to be courteous regardless of your mindset its what people pay for. It left me wondering was she rude because I was alone or maybe didn’t dress as nice as other people? Thats not the mindset I should be in after a five star dining experience. Unless a place can consistently deliver a lovely experience

Went to Mahogany on Friday night for our Anniversary. A card with the staff signatures was on our table. My husband ordered a steak. I ordered rack of Lamb. All delicious. Our server was very helpful. One of the Managers brought us a box of chocolates. A very nice evening, very good meal, wonderful people at Mahogany on Memorial.

Outstanding restaurant. Food was delicious and the service was great. Attended with a large group. The appetizers were great, the Mahogany house salad is amazing and includes radishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, and candied pecans along ing with mixed greens and an amazing house dressing. The filet entrée was perfect with mushrooms, asparagus and potatoes served in a hot skillet. The chocolate cake was also wonderful. A little pricey but worth the splurge.
