After breaking down in the drop off line at my kids' school (which has always been a huge fear of mine) I had my car towed to RHA. I talked to Dwight while I waited on the tow truck and he was such a huge help. His calm demeanor and tone kept ME calm in a high stress situation. They took my van, diagnosed the problem, fixed it as well as a few other issues I had been having (my brakes had been grinding and the temp gauge had been inching towards the warmer side for a few weeks- the kind of things you sometimes "let go" for a bit before taking it in) they checked everything out, they kept me updated

I was impressed how they treated every customer that came through the door. I waited for my rear brakes to be replaced and they went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable . They are “e” savvy and make a conscience effort to get you set up going right away. Their efforts are sincere and focus is maintained on the customer experience. Their team took exceptional care of my car and I will continue to use this location for all of my automotive repair needs.

I recently moved to Rock Hill and I was in search of a repair shop to repair and inspect my vehicles. I think a yearly safety inspection will save you a lot of headaches. I had my front brakes and a wheel alignment. They send you texts with pictures of parts needing repair or replacement. They keep you informed from the time you drop off to completion. Their labor and parts prices are a great value.If you want fast, friendly and knowledgeable this is your automotive repair shop.

They got me in on a very short notice. Got my car fixed in a reasonable time frame and for a reasonable price! Very friendly staff and great customer service!! Very helpful in telling me the recommendations they had for the work that will need to be done. I definitely would recommend them to anyone! they really do care about their customers!
