Best auto shop I've had the pleasure of doing business with. They fixed an issue with my wife's Kia Forte that had been plaguing it since she owned the car. It's running better now than when she first bought it. I've been back numerous times since; hard to find a reputable shop that genuinely stands behind their work. 💪

Rick and team are amazing!! I got a flat tire this morning, and they were able to get me in same day to replace. I was also due for an oil change, so they got that done as well. Saved me lots of time and stress after the already stressful event of getting a flat tire! High recommend and will keep coming back :)

The car was making a rattling/vibrating noise. They were able to look at it right away and within 30 minutes they found the issue, showed me and fixed it. Although it was a minor fix, I was very thankful they were able to turn it around quickly. The whole experience was very easy and they were pleasant to work with.

Cody and the Honest 1 Team were excellent! I called for an appointment and was able to get my oil and filter change within an hour.
Their guest lobby area is very comfortable allowing me to work while the service was being performed - including coffee and bottled water!
Finally, a nice touch when I got into my car - a THANK YOU car and snack...

I have been a customer of Honest 1 since they joined the Fort Mill area after leaving a competitor. I have always had great service and this is one reason I keep coming back. I noticed a lack in communication and keeping me informed on the status of the repair. Also, my main reason for questioning the quality of customer service would be when I was asked to park my car in another parking lot after I paid for my repair and picked up

I did not want to even give this place a star. The worst experience I have ever encountered at any business! I work 9am-6pm and dropped my car off at 1pm during lunch where the receptionist agreed that I would receive a call once service was completed, and to inform me that the keys would be left in a compartment in my car. She never called at all. Never even to remind me that I hadn’t paid and to take my payment over the phone. When I got off I and realized nothing has been paid my keys were nowhere to be found. New to the city I had to buy a room for the night all because of their lack of communication
