My initial visit included the usual initial work-up but also a tour! Everyone was the perfect combination of professional and kind, doing their best to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Jeannie graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) cum laude with a B.S. in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Studies and a minor in Natural Sciences in 2004. She then graduated with honors (top 12% of her class) from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry in 2008, earning her degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery.
Creative Smiles Dentistry is conveniently located for those living and working near Catalina, Tucson, and Oro Valley. Each October, the local community gathers together for the SaddleBrooke Health Fair, an annual event that emphasizes the power of individualized health care. Not sure how many of you out there are scared to death of going to the dentist. I certainly have been for many years. Today I needed to get a crown replaced, and needless to say, was dreading the thought.
Today I have to say I’ve changed my mind about going to the dentist. This was a fabulous experience, the dental hygienist was wonderful, the dentist gentle and kind. If you need a dentist that you will not be afraid to go to - I highly recommend Creative Smiles !

I had restorative work done on Thursday with Dr. Jeannie and Vince and it went amazing from start to finish. I didn’t feel a thing and the post op care was so smooth. 2/12/21. Thought I had best dentist when I lived in Seattle, but was referred to Creative Smiles by a local endodontist. I NOW have the best dental service in the world right here in Tucson.
Very very highly recommend !
8/25/21. I found myself back at Creative Dentistry after I had a crown attached to an implant become loosened from it screw anchor.
Dr. Jeannie and assistant V worked diligently in being sure the new crown was perfectly aligned with the receiving implant and had perfectly spaced margins. It was clear that both had worked together many times as they exchanged tools and devices

I was visiting Tucson a few months back and felt pain in my teeth. Luckily there was an opening and Dr. Jeannie was able to alleviate my pain! She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. The staff at Creative Smiles Dentistry was also very pleasant. If you're ever in the Tucson area and need dental work, I highly recommend Creative Smiles!

The dentists, hygienists, and the front desk are amazing. I would love to say that I highly recommend this place, except for the negative experience we repeatedly have had with the billing department and one person in particular.
We prepaid over $8000 for the dental work so we asked good questions upfront about what was included to make sure we had everything we needed covered.

What an amazing office. Just coming in the door I'm always greeted with smiles. The doctors are both always honest and straightforward, caring and considerate about me and what I'm going through at the time. They ask questions about my family and life and remember when I come back what we talked about last time. I feel that they genuinely care about me and my health.

Your smile is your calling card. I love to smile but have NEVER been a fan of the DENTIST! That is until Creative Smiles and their crew entered into my life. Made my experience from start to finish pleasant and very enjoyable. The top notch manner they have with their patients is without a doubt THE BEST! my dental hygienist let me know I needed to slow down on the energy drinks since it was doing a number on my enamel- and provided me with solutions to help. I had such a great first visit with Creative Smiles! They are gentle, thorough, thoughtful, kind and super fun. They even put my first name on their welcome board to greet me. I love their choice of music, the comfort menu and the new patient goody bag. They took their time to explain what I needed and ensured that I was in good hands. I noticed a lot of laughter throughout the office and that tells you they love what they are doing. And the best part, the dentist called me in the evening to check in on me! Wow, I am super impressed. I am so glad I found them. Thank you for taking care of me!

Been a very long time since I have visited a dentist. I found Creative Smiles Dentistry on my dental insurance website. Saturday morning I looked up their FB page and decided to send a message. Less than a… minute later I received a message back from Dr. Jeannie Ju asking for my number to call me back in an hour. Mind you this is a Saturday mid day.
