I'm a little late on this review but nonetheless, I had to return to write it because my experience was just that impactful. Unfortunately, I ran into a pothole and blew both my right tires while stuck on a blind-spot interstate curve. Already having used my spare, I needed towing and a replacement tire asap (I lived an hour out). To the rescue comes RAY!!!! This gentleman was literally the superhero to my entire day! Not only was he on-time (and let me tell you, these guys are busy, busy, busy), but he would not leave my side until I was 110% satisfied with my service and truthfully, safe at home
