Waited a week for tires to be ordered, on day 8 & 9 I called and was told it would definitely be done following day. Day 10 I went to the shop only to find out after 10 days tires were never ordered and manager (Scott) point blanke lied every time we spoke. I would recommend exploring other options.

I bought a couple tires online and I needed someone to put them on. Firestone and Discount Tire wanted $80 and Gene's quoted me a price of $50 so I made an appointment for 2:00pm the next afternoon. I let them know that I had to be somewhere by 4:00 and they said it shouldn't be more than an hour. I am happy to report that it only took 40 minutes and the price was exactly as quoted. Anyone who's dealt with mechanics knows this is rarely the case. Nice people to boot. I would definitely use Gene's again.

Took my '69 Mustang in for an alignment this morning. They were very courteous and amiable to my requests of how and to what degree I wanted the alignment done despite the difficulties in working on a 50 year car with a bent lower control arm. They did a great job and I'll be going back again.

I just want to compliment the character of the individuals whom I have communicated with at Gene's. I have been going here for service for the last couple of years. On two separate occasions, I have brought my car in with unusual problems. Both times it took some trial and error to get to the bottom of the multiple issues that my car was having. Both times they were more than fair to me in the billing and were extremely conscientious in our communication. One time I was communicating with Luke and the other time with Scott. Integrity and fair treatment seem to be a core part of the values at Gene
