I had an a/c problem. I called over 15 shops and visited 3 and they were all intent on checking, changing parts and I was sure it was electric. Keith figured it out the electrical problem QUICK and had my van back to me before 2 hours had passed. I'm telling everyone I know, this is the place to go for auto repair.

I left out after repair and had a problem less than 4 miles away. They came to me on the side of the freeway and couldn't fix on site. They got it towed back and found the part installed was defective from the factory. Made it all right and truck is running great. No extra cost to me and Jeff even gave me a courtesy call to confirm the next day everything was still properly operating. They will be mechanic from now on.

This review is for the emission service located on the right end of the building. The guy is not knowledgeable at all and very rude and not friendly. After 15 min wait time , I was pulled inside the bay and he took at least 10 min to scan the door jam and put the info in the system.After those 10 min doing "paperwork", he was not able to find the OBD connector for another 10 min and finally asked me where is it. I showed him where was it and after he connected he said that my electrical system burned his computer and he is not able to do it anymore. I smiled and left after wasting 30-40 min with

I got a blowout on 85. I happen to be at the exit of Gateway Automotive. But I was unable to get the car to the other side of the median before it was on the rim. I recently bought this car and never checked for a jack and of course it wasn't there! . So I walked over to Gateway. I was at first reluctant to ask for help from an unknown place thinking I might be taken advantage of, but Kevin listened to my predicament and offered to come over with their tools and help change the tire for a very fair price! Well it worked out for all because after I saw what great honest service you get here, I asked

My mom works just around the corner, and she called me in a bit of a panic because someone at work told her that one of her tires was really low almost flat. I gave the guys a call, and they where able to help out really quickly. There was a screw in the middle of the tire, and where able to patch it and get it filled super fast.
