I had already been a psychotherapist for over 15 years when I read Esther Perel's Mating in Captivity in 2009. After reading her book, which looks at how we all struggle to maintain intimacy in long term relationships, I sought Esther out as a teacher and mentor and spent the next several years working with her and other experts in the field.
Because I am a specialist in both sex and couples therapy and I have years of experience as a general therapist, I provide a unique and powerful set of tools to help you individually and in your relationship. Using a variety of approaches, I work with individuals and couples to improve communication, intimacy, and connection.
