Taylor and Brett did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. They really take pride in what they do, and their attitudes and services reflect it. This was our first experience with having a roof replaced due to a hail storm. His team talked with our insurance and walked us through every step. Texas Pride was very responsive to every question I… asked, and trust me there were a lot. They got our roof replaced, and it looks great. Jackie and Lance were extremely courteous and professional. Jackie did an excellent job preparing and then staining our fence. It looks great. Chris an Angel did a great job replacing some of our damaged fence boards. It was a blessing not having to replace our entire fence.

Took forever to come to my house. Then had materials blocking my driveway for 5 days before starting project. Reps came out in flip flops and tank top took 3 days for a small
Job. Left trash all over my house. No fence posts caps were placed on my posts. Lastly to plug in their spray gun for staining they unplugged my deep freezer with several hundreds of dollars worth of steaks and notified no one nor did they ever plug it back in. I came home to rotten steaks in my freezer. Worst of all when confronted about these issues offered no sort of help whatsoever or reimbursement for the food damaged

I contacted Texas Pride after a recent wind storm took out part of my fence the day before Christmas Eve. I knew it would be tough to get anyone to come out but Brett responded to my call within an hour(and this was late at night). He came out on Christmas Eve day and did a good patch job on the fence until I can get it replaced. His quick response is much appreciated. I will be happy to use this company again for work around the house. Thanks!

Shane did an awesome job putting up a gate for us! His communication was amazing and we greatly appreciate it! So we asked them to put up a back fence for us as well later on. This time communication was awful! It took so long to even get someone to call us back about this. They FINALLY came out and put up a back fence but again communication was… awful! The fence is fine and did a good job. Then, we asked to get it stained after the fence was put up and I am still to this day waiting for an estimate price on staining. No one has contacted us about an estimate even though someone came out
