This firm is one of the best estate planning law firms in the Lancaster area. Mr. Von Tungeln is extremely professional, kind, and great at what he does. He's got an amazing staff to support him. I contacted this firm for probate assistance on a trust three times and they have consistently told me they are unable to assist when it was in deed there firm that set up the trust account. Now I have to hire another probate and estates attorney to assist with seizing my trust and filing against this firm for not providing any information on the trust itself as well.

As a terminally ill 30 year old woman, I approached attorney Kevin VonTungeln not long ago with the prospect of working out all legal documents pertaining to my medical care once I become unable to govern my own care and the legal documents concerning my upcoming death. Mr. VonTungeln was very kind, understanding, and accomodating with working around my unpredictable schedule; and he was happy to help me despite my failing health, even when it meant I had to cancel and/or reschedule appointments.

I had my eighty (80) year old mother go in to discuss a trust with Mr. Thompson. He sat there and asked her questions for one (1) hour. When he was completed he requested a $200.00 fee. This was paid and after the check was cleared he refused to work on our request after the check cleared.
I have left several messages on his voice mail without any response. Every time I call the representatives put me on hold and then transfer me to his voice mail.
Does not have the decency to respond or reply.
