In the early days of his practice, he saved on electricity by scheduling clients only during the day. I cannot fully describe just how terrible my experience here was. So much so. That it eventually drove me to depression and an attempt on my own life.
I turned to this man to assist my child with help escaping her abusive mother. My daughter told him what happened. I explained what I had been through. And my daughter's mother gave her version filled with lies. This man not only sided with the woman spreading lies. He began to accuse me of coaching my daughter. At one point yelling at both my daughter and myself. Accusing

Eric Symonds is representing me in a legal matter. This man has gone above and beyond for my family. Mr. Symonds met me on a Friday afternoon and decided to take my case on full steam ahead. He work diligently through the weekend. Yes Saturday and Sunday to make sure we were ready to walk into court monday morning. Mr. Symonds was extremely helpful. Though he does not practice any longer in the field that I am in need of, he took the time to speak with me and gave me excellent advice. My experience with Mr. Symonds was a complete nightmare! He was found via text message by opposing council. Once in his office, I found out that they are close enough to know the opposing council’s husband’s birthday by heart. Clearly this raised some red flags right from the beginning. However, proving things like that are very difficult in Court. Mr. Symonds, who was assigned to be the minors attorney, did not interview the minor's therapist who was involved with the case for the previous 4 years! Instead he kept telling me his own story how he got full custody of his own kids via a 730 evaluation
