Joy Kraft Miles is a kind, warm hearted professional. Joys knowledge of the Law is more than impressive. I came to her with a heavy heart and the fear of having to go through a custody battle, Joy immediately put me at ease like a warm blanket on cold day. Her staff was very helpful and accommodating, I never ended a phone call with questions… afterward. After 4 months of waiting we finaly went to court, I couldn't be happeir with the out come. Joy really made things go easier than anticipated. I can't thank her and her staff enough for the peace of mind they gave me.

We needed an estate planner to update our existing trust. We approached Kraft, Miles & Miller firm. The appointment we got was with one Ms. Edlin Martin, Attorney at Law. On a scale of 1 to 10, Edlin was 100. Exceptionally Professional, Pleasant and detail oriented individual. She took time to explain everything and made all the changes we wanted… immediately. She told us the total upfront cost, so there was no surprise at the end of the day. Actually, if there were any delays it was from our end. With Edlin, anything we asked her to update got updated almost immediately and emailed

Avoid Mr. Larry Miller as your legal representative, He is unprofessional in his demeanor. He does not follow-up. He does not answer his phone calls or email. After 5 frustrating months, I had to find another lawyer and go through the whole process again! He wasted my time.
Normally I wouldn't bother to write a Yelp review but Mr. Miller's "service" is so poor, I feel compelled to warn others.
Mr. Miller is listed with the Hyatt Legal Plan. Next, I will contact them to lodge a complaint against Mr. Miller.
