We felt immediately at ease with Marc. He had been highly recommended by a trusted source, so we had assumed that we would have a good experience, but our meetings exceeded expectations. Marc is a great communicator, which was very important when dealing with important but unfamiliar issues. Marc is extremely professional- knows his field inside and out- makes sure you completely understand - and presents options in such a way that you are very comfortable with your decisions on your current/ future estate needs. We attended a free seminar on estate planning given by Mark Mackenzie which we followed up with a free consultation. I am a retired attorney myself and have high expectations and Mark was the first attorney in California that I have trusted with our estate. We were invited to a presentation on wills and trusts through a facebook ad. We learned a lot, and followed through by meeting with the lawyer. When the time came to discuss price, however, we were charged for every variation. We called other local lawyers and were able to find a significantly better price for a product of equal quality.
