I have been in real estate since January of 2013. I started out in property management where I learned the ins and outs of investment real estate. In 2015 I obtained my Real Estate Sales license in the state of South Carolina. My goal is to educate the public and help my clients achieve their real estate related goals.
I realized that the next step in doing this would be to earn my broker's license in the state of South Carolina. After completing classes at the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate I obtained my Broker's License in 2019. I am a member of the Western Upstate Association of Realtors and the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors.

Easy peasy is never how I thought I would be describing the home buying process but here we are! Getting started all we heard from friends/family was, “Get ready! Everything about this process is so stressful” and our experience was the exact opposite. Cole was always super responsive & knowledgeable answering any questions with had.
