I highly recommend Bob Hill Reality, a full service Realtor. We purchased our house, rented it, and sold it through Bob Hill Realty. All the agents we dealt with throughout the many years were very professional and responsive. No stone was left unturned.
The most recent Realtor, Leon Scott, was the best of breed. He took care of all issues for our remote rental for a reasonable fee. We never had any concerns about the quality of the tenants, payment from tenants, and the completion of any repairs that were required. Leon has his go-to crew whenever there was an issue.

There are several types of realtors. The good ones ask questions and then try and find a match. The great ones go above and beyond. They ask questions. Take a personal interest in helping you not only find a house, but make you comfortable about the decision you are about to make. Mike Hill is a GREAT realtor. He was so open and honest. He sold the area, not just a piece of real estate. He drove us around the town. He took us to see the Clemson campus. He drove us to see the beautiful parks and waterfalls. He helped arrange dinner reservations. He arranged for a boat to take us and some close friends

Worst realtor experience I have ever had! No accountability, no courtesy, terrible property management, and deliberate lies. It's a shame that companies like this don't value their relationships to their clients and don't learn how important it is to manage them. I can't say that I would ever recommend this company to anyone looking to rent, sell or buy a property!

My husband and I are moving to Clemson SC at the end of the year for grad school. We contacted Lee to find a short term furnished apartment in the area to rent for a month while we looked for more permanent housing. We have three cats and Lee found us a property in our price range that would accept our cats within 24 hours. She was so courteous and professional and I am grateful we found her.
