Do not trust these realtors. They rented my condo which was supposed to be cleaned prior to my arrival but never was. Laundry was left in washer for me to wash, bathroom had sludge in drain, sheets covered in feces, and syringe 💉 and needles left in drawers. Owner Kathy refused to come exam the damage and still have not paid me the rent owed! They do not take their business seriously and I would not trust them. I now have to seek legal counsel to retrieve my money

My husband and I have been dealing with Dan and Kathy Ferraro from Latitude 34 Realty for over 8 years. Our experience with this company started approximately 3 years ago. My husband and I were on vacation and decided to look at condos for a permanent vacation home. We weren't quite ready to purchase but wanted to get an idea of what was available. Kathy was more than happy to accommodate us. This year my husband contacted Dan and ask him to start looking again for properties in the area we love. We could not be happier with our purchase!
