This practice does not respect your time. This is the second time I came here. The first time I was seen 45min after my appointment and today I walked out 30min after my appointment. Another patient came in after me at 11:45 and was brought to the back before I was. I walked out. I'll be finding a new dentist that respects their appointments.

To date, this is the BEST dentist's office I have been to. ALL the staff is professional , friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient, explained my treatment plan thoroughly, answered all of my questions, I was literally in awe of how considerate and caring they were. I think I have definitely found a new dentist for myself and my family. Everyone at this practice should be very proud of the service they deliver. You all are doing a wonderful job!! For someone who HATES dentists, I can honestly state that Amazing Smiles put me at ease from the first interaction. Everyone I encountered were pleasant, professional and treated me as their ONLY patient. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and ensured I understood. They went over every procedure and explained what they found. When it came time to pay and talk about treatment plans, I was told what to EXpect, the time frames it will take, etc. BONUS: I need to get rescheduled cor a deep cleaning and was expecting a 1-2 week wait, but they fit me in the NEXT day. I have never had this.

After calling a few local dentistry and being denied due to being fully booked for the day, I decided to drive around so that the people denying me could see the swelling and the pain I was in. Amazing Smiles’s receptionist was very polite and understanding of my emergency situation. I was able to be seen, what felt right away after filling out paperwork and waiting maybe 20 minutes, I had X-rays done,prescriptions written and a plan for corrective action in a short period of time. The doctor and the staff were outstanding!!! Thanks again

Everyone was very friendly but I was told I needed a “deep clean” because I told them it had been a while since I’ve had a cleaning. I was told it would be almost $1,000. I ended up not getting anything done but x rays for $75, leaving very let down. I went to another dentist and it turns out I have almost perfectly healthy teeth, and only needed a… routine cleaning. I feel taken advantage of by these people who lead me to believe something was very wrong with my oral health when I’ve never had any issues. Moral of the story: always get a second opinion if it seems
