I would highly recommend!!! I went yesterday to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed, both the nurse and doctor were amazing to say the least. The nurse was very comforting as I was getting the shots she held my hand, both nurse and doctor were constantly asking if I'm ok and kept talking to me as they were working. I thought the procedure would take awhile but once she started removing teeth she was done in like 10mins or less.

I had an experience at another dentist that I felt all the pain when I got work done with them. So I had anxiety about getting dental work done again for the same thing. But Tyrone Family Dentistry made me feel comfortable, they were kind, and Dr. Khieu made me feel more at ease as she worked on my tooth. She was quick and made sure I was super numb as well so I didn’t feel any pain. I’d definitely recommend them for regular dental work and for those toothaches as well.

ALWAYS a pleasant dental trip. Dr, Kheu & all of her staff are friendly, warm & personable as well as professional. Have been going here several years & 1 place I would miss if we left the area.

Prior to going to my appointment, I did review on Google and was happy about what I read. I was referred by a co-worker. From my initial encounter on the telephone, Melissa was amazing. Melissa was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. I went to my appointment today (July, 20, 2020) and had a wonderful experience. This is the one of the most poorly run dental offices I have ever experienced. Long story short....Worst Service Ever!!!!!..Too many dentists in the area to choose from to have to settle for sub-par care!

I'm typing this to say that the way in which they do business is extremely poor... if they know they ain't got the right tools to do a root canal why approach it?
They cause me so much pain they gotta refund me my money then trying to recommend me to the specialist beside them wouldn't recommend noT even my dog to go there... it's just a waste of time.

I drive over an hour to see Dr. Khieu and her knowlegable staff. Ashley is a personable and thorough hygenist. And, always a good movie or music on the screen. 😀 Such dedicated care and nice people I've never experienced anywhere else. I wish I could pack them up and take them with me when I move to North Carolina!

I love this office. They gave me a tour of the office and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. While working on my teeth, they talked about everything they did to make me aware of what they were doing.

I have never experienced such a hard working dental office Dr Khieu takes pride in her work and pays great attention to detail. She cares about her patients whole health too!

The service is great and the dentist does awesome work! The front office is friendly as well as efficient.

I can not recommend this office either. I was overcharged and had to get a refund but only after I went through the ringer proving my case to them. Although the Dr does good work in my opinion, the atmosphere seems to be all about money and how to use every bit of insurance you have. I was told by Ashley and Dr Kuhn that I needed a crown and another dentist said the tooth was fine and it is. It needed a small filling, not a crown. The ambiance is amazing and very relaxing. The staff is very courteous. I love the fact they cater to your needs. (I'm not scared of the dentist anymore). They are so amazing that you forget your in a dentist office. #MyNewDentist#

I had a tooth break last night. I called this am, got a appointment at 2:30. Just a couple hours after I called. The Dr filled my tooth. Then when I checked out the girl said she didn't charge you for the filling. She knew I did not have insurance. I just started praise the Lord right there. This office is wonderful. If you live in this area you should come here.

Don't get me wrong, the hygienists there are very nice.l,

BUT THEY SECRETLY CHARGE YOU AFTER YOU ALREADY PAY. I got a cavity filled and paid about $150 with my insurance (Aetna) upfront. Two weeks later I have another bill in the mail for an additional $115. When I call me to ask what this was for, they said it was for the filling.... after I had already paid them the $150.

My parents also went here and my mother got a mouth guard with her insurance for $300. Two weeks goes by and they sent her a bill for an additional $300 for a scan they said wasn

This is my second review for this office. There are many great things to talk about from my perspective. Friendly hygienists and very nice, advanced//modern equipment. The only downside is an extremely strict cancellation policy. 48 full business hours are required for a reschedule or cancellation. I think my first cancellation was free but second is $55 and third is $110. After that you have to pay upfront or call each day to see if there is a cancellation for that day; no more appointments for you! If your appointment is on Monday, you have to call the preceding WEDNESDAY to cancel. My son

Not happy with this dentistry office. I have been a patient for a little more than a year.
Not very fond of the doctor because she doesn't look like she cares for the well being of a patient but it's not easy to find good doctors (in any field) so I decided to keep going with them until today that I'm definitely changing my dental provider. Here is why: I have been with toothache for 3 days and finally decided to go to the dentist, so I called them and guess what? NO EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Khieu and staff are very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is so welcoming and calm. Love the spa like feeling. Everyone treats you well and explains your treatment needs in detail. Would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I must say my very first experience with this office for a dental cleaning was Marvelous!!! Ashley did a wonderful job and I was very happy. So much so that I decided to bring my children ages 7 & 11 for dental procedures as well. I love the office staff and the warm atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly. My issue came several times after my first visit. I needed a crown and two days after I got the temporary it broke while I was on vacation. I had no idea there was such thing as a bad dentist office. Then i started going here.
They were extremely unprofessional, gossiping about daily lives while doing dental procedures. My fillings were messily done. I couldn't tell whether the people who work here (aside from the head dentist) were new or incompetent.
