Unprofessional handling of (possible multiple) new clients.
I don't think the lady (I will not put her name here to protect her privacy) understands that she represents the firm when she takes phone calls. We are all busy, whether you work in tax firm during a tax season or not.
We are all taking a time of the day to contact you, too. I know you get frustrated with multiple calls but please learn to handle the calls professionally, deal with each existing and new clients equally without bias. David is great. I couldn't figure out how to handle my business and personal taxes and Turbotax was no help. David made the process easy and showed me what to track and how. And he saved me a lot of money. I definitely recommend Singer Tax & Accounting for all tax preparation. Walked in with info and walked out with a completed tax return. He has always answered my calls when I had questions. Great experience!

Amazing! We really needed a SPA this year and one of our friends recommended Singer Tax. We were pleasantly surprised by their reasonable pricing (around the same price as H&R Block) And Everyone in their office is very friendly and professional. We will be filling our taxes with Singer from now on.

I can't comment on how their service actually is because they were unable to help me. They do not do taxes for people with income from overseas. Fair enough, but a polite response rather than a very blunt "We don't do that. Sorry." would have been nice. It seems to me that if you are running a business you should maintain a professional manner. I know if I acted like that towards someone making an inquiry at any of my previous jobs that I would have been reprimanded. They seem unprofessional, at least in manner (but perhaps they know what they're doing in terms of accounting?)

Singer Tax & Accounting has always done an incredible job with both our business and personal taxes. I've been going to David for my taxes, both business and personal, for 4 consecutive years now and couldn't be happier. He is patient, explains everything clearly, and his knowledge in tax laws and everything tax related is just amazing.

Completely unprofessional!!! We've left message after message & never received a call back! My fiancee dropped off his taxes last year, & this guy's never even did them! And, he's been trying for a year to pick them up to take them elsewhere. But, nobody's ever there, & they NEVER RETURN A DAM PHONE CALL!

I just moved from CA to AZ and was looking for a CPA. I read the reviews on YELP regarding Singer Tax. I called to make an appointment and spoke directly to David Kotler. I had my appointment on 2-20-17 and it was a great experience! David was extremely nice and helpful and is getting me a most amazing refund this year by helping me organize my new home business. I completely am over the top satisfied and would recommend this firm to anyone!

I came here with a few payroll and 1099 issues for my startup. Met with Harvey in the middle of tax season and he straightened everything out for almost nothing, even after letting me know that my problem wasn't typically what they specialized in. Great experience, would definitely go back, and would highly recommend his services to anyone inquiring.

Used Harvey for years......he is so nice, so talented (knowledgeable about what he does) , and such a pleasure to work with....I adore him.....and recommend him to anyone in need. Most tax folks couldn't figure this crazy stuff I deal with out...so I am so blessed to have an "expert". Oh, I found Harvey after my last CPA made such a disastrous decision about filing an amended return I had a full audit....and it was their fault, because Harvey said that item they did, was asking for problems!!! Harvey is to smart to cause his clients any problems with the IRS.... Love him!!

I was referred to Singer Tax and had my taxes done here this year based on that recommendation and other positive reviews. I am always leery when trying a new company (or professional) for a service, and I admit, I can be over critical sometimes!
Having said that, I am very pleased with my tax preparation this year. I was also impressed with David's extensive expertise on so many tax subjects, and grateful for his patience in answering my many questions.

I have been using the same tax firm, a popular well known one, since I was 16. I decided to try somewhere else this year and went to Singer Tax & Accounting based on a recommendation from a friend. I couldn't be happier! Granted, my refund was the same, but I was charged one third of what I had been paying, and the experience was better.
If you are looking for someone to do your taxes, I highly recommend David or his brother Harvey.

Wow...I saw the couple great reviews and thought I would give a call. Two reasons to call 1) I am looking to sell stock and had a tax questions. 2) I need an accountant. The woman Morgan asked if I was a client. I said no. She said no we don't do that. And that was it! I did mention to her that is a shame because I do need an accountant. She didnt say anything but Have a good day.
