I've continued to work with Webspark Media from 2019 and into 2021. Webspark, and in particular, Annette, the initial sales rep I worked with, kept delivering results and always kept me in the loop with weekly updates and consistent contact. Because of the success, I have been able to grow my business with the increased number of weekly appointments they bring in for me. I really enjoy the work they do and the staff that I've had the experience to interact with. Webspark has handled my problem of tracking down quality leads and taken care of booking them for appointments in SWFL which is difficult

One of the worst I have ever encountered. Jennifer was rude and took advantage of my lack of knowledge in websites or the web development industry. She felt the need to talk to me in a self entitlement tone when I asked her when my website was going to be done since it passed the due date. She obviously did not SEO research nor cared to put any effort into my business website. I paid her more than 2k and she gave me a website that was poorly done. She has another page that gives warning of danger due to her lack of protection to her own site. Word of advice, when someone doesn’t not invest in
