I hired them for my taxes. They filed late and failed to file an extension. I was charged a penalty. They also failed to file my quarterly payroll returns which i was penalized. I had to call multiple times to try to get this fixed. In the end they did nothing and i was left to deal with the fallout. Unreliable. Hard to reach. Failed to file necessary paperwork and failed to accept any responsiblity. I would not rely on this firm for anything.

If I could put zero stars I would!! I stopped using CPA Solutions because I was told that the accountants that work for them are not monitored. I had them as a registered agent for my small business and was just told after four years I had to pay them $200 to remain as my registered agent. When I inquired they told me the previous accountant, who left the practice, was not billing people correctly. They made it seem like he was some rogue employee who worked unmonitored. With an admission like this from a manager, I would never trust this place with my taxes. Good riddance and shame on you for
