As assisted reproduction attorneys, or fertility lawyers, we represent intended parents, donors, and surrogates. We prepare and negotiate the necessary contracts between the intended parents and the surrogates, egg donors, sperm donors and embryo donors. In surrogacy cases, we complete the court proceedings necessary to establish parental rights pre-birth.

Even so, my son struggled in the classroom setting. My son was tested and an IEP was put in place. For 2 years, things kept getting worse. I was referred to Moore Law and contacted Meldie and Joanna.
It turns out that I was handicapped by what I did not know and/or how to work with the school district to gain the best results.
It turns out that there is so much that can be done.
In a short time, Joanna had everything going in a positive direction.
