I retained Barry Simons from a referral from a neighbor. After going through a divorce and finding out how horrible and damaging a bad attorney can be, I made sure to interview 6 attorney's for my felony DUI case. After interviewing and meeting with 6 attorney's one being Barry, I realized through talking to them that my case was really bad and that I stand no chance to win my DMV hearing. They were thorough through the entire process. I could always speak to attorneys Barry Simons or Daniel Flores whenever there was a question. They left no room for error every step of the way and their staff was attentive and able to bring up support documentation whenever needed. All this would have merited a good review. I first met Mr. Simons in 1999 when I heard his presentation at a national DUI Defense seminar. I soon learned why lawyers from across the country admire him.
