Honestly, I never write negative reviews and I'm hesitant to even do this because it seems that the owner is particularly aggressive in arguing with people on here, but oh well. I took my car in to check on an engine light issue. After having the car for about 2 hours, I got a call saying that they cleared the code and "make sure that the turbo boost wasn't stuck" and that I was good to go. I was charged about $200 for this, which I didn't think much of at the time given that I'll be the first to admit that I'm not an auto repair expert. 2 days later, the engine light comes back on as I'm on my

Called to get a rough estimate on a repair. The guy on the phone said he couldn’t give me one because he couldn’t find the cost of the part. He ended the phone conversation with “Can’t help ya” and immediately hung up. I was very polite and understanding that he might not be able to get me something immediately but at least offer to call back with something or offer to look into it. Definitely not using them if this is the type of customer service they have.

This shop has been outstanding. Honest, upfront, knowledgeable and fast. I can drop my car off at 6am and usually have a quote by noon. Bill (shop owner) does not fool around. When it is all said and done, the final cost is typically less than the quote and always a day or two faster than estimated. I will continue to bring my cars to this shop because I know I can trust the quote and the workmanship. Also this shop has a DYNO!

We took our SUV to this shop.
The problem was that it would start, run for a little and then die.
They had the SUV for a few days. Called and said they installed a new fuel control module and the issue was still happening so they put the old one back in and it ran fine for a few hours. So they couldn't figure out the exact issue but the SUV runs now. So I came and picked up the SUV, drove it home and same issue the next day. They charged me a few hundred to get this "fixed". I called them and told them the issue has not been resolved and wanted to see if they would take a look at

I was referred by a friend to this terrific shop. Brought my daughter in to have her brakes done and was extremely pleased with the service and price. Not too long after she had the service, her brakes started making noise again so I brought it back. The owner got me right in, put it up on the rack and found a rock lodged in the brake pad. No charge. They stand by what they do and are an honest shop.
