Unbelievable, I wish I could understand how anyone could give Roger a 1 star! My experience working with Roger was early in 2020 when I was looking to buy a place in East Bay, Roger was so friendly and helpful. Turns out I chose not to buy because of personal reasons, but if I change my mind, I'll definitely seek out Roger again. I'm thankful Roger is a true professional!

Roger did an amazing job selling my mother's house. After my mom suddenly past away, we were in a bind, but Roger Grubb came through. We needed to sell our home in El Sobrante and we needed to do it fast--and get the right price. Roger Grubb ensured that all of that happened for us, and then some. We moved out of state and expected to have to return for something related to the sale, but we didn't; Roger took care of EVERYTHING!!! The work he does, especially in staging the home, makes for a great home-selling experience in the fast-paced Bay Area real estate market. This guy is a goof-off. He does very little, and most of it wrong. On our first appt he went to the wrong house and kept me waiting forty minutes until I reached him on his cell and let him know where the house was. He offered no apology for that. Then I asked him to check a listing, and he checked another listing instead, that was $700,000 - $300,000 over my limit. Again got no apology. The last straw was today when he told me a house was pending that I knew wasn't.
