We may not be the biggest company who does this type of investment model, but by being smaller, we take a more hands on approach with our acquisitions and investors. We have skin in the game on every deal. We invest our money right along side with our investors on every project. We want our investors to know that we are there with them and their best interests are our best interests as well.
JB Real Estate Investments is always looking for opportunities in multi-family housing in high growth markets. While there are many multi-family properties for sale at any given time, few will meet our strict Investment Criteria. As opportunities arise, investments will be presented to prospective investors in the form of an offering memorandum.
