Services
Dr. Rooney was born in New Orleans, graduated from Jesuit High School and completed his undergraduate studies and dental degree from Loyola University. Following graduation, Dr. Rooney served as a dentist in the Navy for two years. He was stationed at the Marine Corp Recruit Depot, where he provided dental care to new recruits.
Using the most up-to-date technology and techniques in the field, we are able to provide our patients the comprehensive care they need for lasting oral health. Whether you want to enhance the beauty of your smile with cosmetic whitening, or restore health and functionality to your teeth with root canal therapy, we are prepared to meet your dental needs and goals.
We accept any insurance that allows you to choose your own dentist. However, we are in-network with Humana, Delta Dental, United Concordia, and the Cigna Dental Savings program. If you do not have dental insurance, we invite you to apply to CareCredit for financing with or without interest. We accept payment in cash, credit card, and check.

Excellent service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. I was told by another dentist that I'd need to see an oral surgeon for a problem I had and the cost would be in the thousands. I went to Dr. Rooney for a second opinion, and he was able to fix the problem completely for less than $200, and it was only 50 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left!
Needless to say, I'm a very satisfied customer and I'll be going to Dr. Rooney from now on.

I love it here! I work at a busy clinic thats open as early as 7:30 and closes as late as 6:00 sometimes due to the amount of patients we see. Dr. Rooney and his staff have offered to come in early just to work with my work schedule. He is very informative, he tells you exactly what hes going to do before he does it, and lets you know exactly what is going on as its happening. I live in metairie and I dont even mind the drive, beacuse hes just that good. I recommend Dr.Rooney to anyone great Dentist, great staff.

Dr. Rooney and his staff are the best. I have been to many dentists and have never been treated with such kindness and professionalism. The Office staff is nothing short of excellent. Connie, Maureen,Laura, and the rest of the people there are great. I think their prices are a bit lower than other places.
I hate going to the dentist. This place makes it a lot easier for me!
