Justin and his team at Lucy Ham are beyond amazing! They are very professional but they also are very personable making each experience with them comfortable and welcoming. Justin is very upbeat and positive. Each conversation that we have, there is no doubt that he is always smiling on the other end of the phone. My parents somewhat recently moved back to Michigan and they bought a home from Lucy Ham Group. The knowledge and professionalism that the employees brought to the table was by far one of the best experiences I've ever been a part of. Lucy Ham Realty was exceptional to work with. Several years ago our church sold a parsonage and Lucy Ham got it sold quickly and at a very fair price. The Lucy Ham Group is by far the very best Real Estate company in the Genesee County area. We listed our Davison Michigan house with her 3 years ago. Our house sold in less than a week. The Lucy Ham Group has marketing skills and a work ethic that goes far beyond just putting a sign in your front yard. They actually helped us see the potential in our house, what to improve, how to stage it and what was the best asking price for our market. Lucy is just a sales person. Once she has you on the hook for listing the house, she disappears. You get passed to a "listing agent", then to a "closing agent" after you have an offer. She does not explain this and you are not told, even after you have been passed to the new agent, that it has happened!
Communication is horrible. Brian does not return calls, sometimes for days.
Stay away from this place.
