2069 woodland pass his step dad plowing snow with a broken lawn mover that is used with a rope and he has to move the blade not safe and they do nothing to the renter for breaking our fence down or ripping our grass up I have a video proof. 3 years he been doing this and the property folks who are supposed to take care of the property does nothing to the renter for allowing his step who lives a house down from his step son rental property to do this and the step dad is not on the rental agreement.

My son has been without heat for multiple months. Now the roof is leaking, had to beg them to at least put a tarp on the roof where it’s leaking for protection. Now we are begging for someone to repair the heating system. Hes heating his home with portable heaters to keep his family warm. Its fall, cold weather is coming in, Consumers wants there money, when we spoke to maintenance they said they were short staffed, no one wants to work because of covid. Thats when you out source to professional companies. Excuse after excuse. Anyone ever deal with this before with this company?
