Individual, couples, family, LGBTQ, and group counseling for a wide array of mental health concerns. I work to meet my clients where they are, foster a safe therapeutic environment and assist them in achieving the goals they set for themselves. I am dedicated to helping my clients make lasting change and learn how to live the lives they envision for their present and future.

I seek to create a safe place where discovery can happen - a place to heal emotional pain, come to new understandings of "who I am, " and develop new skills for coping with life's surprises. I will join you in your process, recognizing that you bring a wealth of experience to develop and grow.

Those who have left negative comments thank you . Hopefully you are going to stop projecting your negative emotions onto others and look within yourself to see the real problems.

Even having the best counselor (Kris is awesome) doesn't matter if the front desk people schedule you and then "can't find your appointment" when you show up. The front desk person unapologetically said, "you're not in the system for today- would you like to schedule for another time?". Um, actually, no, I'd like to have the appointment I was told that I scheduled. I was even sent paperwork to confirm the in-person appointment a week prior, to which the front desk representative said, "well we have two different systems and sometimes the information doesn't get in the right system." Well, perhaps

I wish I could give zero stars!!!! I have been in therapy for 22 yrs in 4 different states so I have a HUGE amount of experience with therapy practices. This is the worst place on my very long list.
The office has one location but it is run like a cold, disorganized, corporate practice with a ridiculous amount of red tape. You cannot call or email the therapists individually. You have to do everything through the front desk and they have failed to pass on emails, calls, repeatedly. The one psychiatrist is 80 and very incompetent.
If I have to deal with that cold, impersonable care, I want a practice
