Services
Our goal is promote wellness by inspiring hope and facilitating the journey to develop balance. Be Well Counseling Services officially began in 2016, but it's roots go back much further. Owner and President, Christine Ault, began working in the social services and mental health fields back in 1999.
Sand Tray Therapy is a form of expressive therapy, much like play and art therapy. Sand tray therapy is used with people that have experienced trauma, neglect, or abuse. It provides insight into a person's inner turmoil when then may not have the capacity to vocalize what they are feeling. Sand Tray Therapy acts as an ice breaker allowing clients to warm up to the act of expression.
Play therapy is generally employed with children aged 3 through 11 and provides a way for them to express their experiences and feelings through a natural, self-guided, self-healing process. Children's experiences and knowledge are most often communicated through play. It is an important vehicle for them to know and accept themselves as well as others.
Relationships are hard. Relationship counseling, also known as marriage counseling or couple's therapy, allows you and your partner to work through your disagreements with the guidance of a neutral mediator. Relationship counseling is NOT about being right or placing blame, but rather finding ways to compromise and problem solve as a team.
The "Love" in Love and Logic means that we love our kids so much that we are willing to set and enforce limits. This "Love" also means that we do so with sincere compassion and empathy. The "Logic" in Love and Logic happens when we allow children to make decisions, make affordable mistakes and experience the natural or logical consequences.

Christine Ault is an absolutely amazing therapist! I’ve recommended her to several of my friends. She is extremely open minded and completely non judgmental. She is super easy to talk to and has helped me beyond measure!!! I recommend her to anyone needing therapy or someone to talk to! The way she trains her staff is impeccable. I cannot thank her enough for the help she has provided me. She goes above and beyond for her patients!!!!

My son's mother brought my son (M) to Be Well (BW) upon being referred from DHS. His mother knows we have joint decision making and that I needed to be involved in his counseling. When I found out BW was providing services to him without even talking to me, I called BW. BW told me they couldn't confirm him being seen there, then I told them we had joint decision making and then they told me they didn't have me on the paperwork and the paperwork would need to be redone before he's seen again. I expected to get a call, but I never did and then a few weeks later found out that he was still being seen
