Paul K. Rudoy joined H2R CPA in 1983 and is currently the firm's Managing Partner. Paul specializes in strategic consulting, tax and wealth management for high net worth individuals and closely held businesses. Paul is a Personal Financial Specialist and a licensed life insurance and annuities agent.
Tod Arbutina is a partner at H2R CPA. With Big Four experience, and as a Certified Financial Planner, Tod has spent over thirty years as a CPA and business leader. He has been profiled in Kiplinger's for his financial planning acumen, named by Pittsburgh Magazine as one of the "best personal wealth managers in the Pittsburgh area, " and has been included in the Guide to America's Best Financial Planners.
John "Jack" Ellsworth is a partner at H2R CPA with Big Four experience and more than two decades in the profession. In addition to holding a CPA and MBA, he is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) who is experienced in assisting owners of closely held businesses with exit and succession planning, market valuations and litigation support.
Leo A. Hannah began his career with H2R CPA in 1985 and is currently the firm's Accounting & Assurance Services Partner-in-Charge. Leo is responsible for various administrative and quality control functions of the firm. Leo concentrates his practice in accounting and auditing for closely held businesses and fraternal benefit societies as well as management consulting in areas such as mergers & acquisitions.
Kieran O'Dea began his career with H2R CPA in 1998. Before rejoining the firm in 2016, Kieran spent 13 years with BDO USA LLC (formerly Alpern Rosenthal), where he served as a partner in the firm's Assurance and Transaction Advisory Services groups and was the former Co-Director of the firm's Manufacturing and Distribution Services niche.
