The law firm of Carosella & Associates is a transactional and comprehensive litigation firm. Our attorneys have intense business, commercial and litigation experience in many areas including bankruptcy litigation, commercial and residential real estate and zoning issues, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, construction, immigration and intellectual property law.
Vince's areas of concentration are business and corporate law as well as commercial and residential real estate, zoning, wills and trusts. Prior to forming the Law Firm of Carosella & Associates, Mr. Carosella was a member of the real estate and commercial lending department at Stradley, Ronon, Stevens & Young, one of Philadelphia's most prestigious law firms.
Christopher J. Amentas specializes in litigation with a particular emphasis on commercial, construction, personal injury, zoning/land use and municipal matters. In addition to his litigation background, Mr. Amentas is a former Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of East Fallowfield Township in Chester County.
Gary has been in private practice for over 25 years, handling a variety of cases with a specific concentration in bankruptcy, commercial litigation, collection law and Trusts and estates. Gary has been representing individuals and businesses in all facets of the bankruptcy process, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13, doing both debtor and creditor oriented work.
Katarina Tkacova brings an international perspective to our firm. Holding a master's degree awarded to her from Zvolen Technical University in the Republic of Slovakia and having received her paralegal training from Blackstone in the U.S., Katarina's training and experience is proving invaluable in assisting our domestic and international business clients.

I worked with Vince to draft some business contracts for a new business I am starting and he was great! He was responsive both in email and over the phone, he worked quickly and efficiently. I requested a consultation with a lawyer about a serious probate matter through nolo.com. Carosella & Assocs. in West Chester were assigned to talk to me. The atty.was a Mr. Thompson. I was extremely polite and vulnerable. I was treated with disdain; he told me he had other clients to talk to pretty early on; I felt he was dismissive and arrogant, and, frankly, he defined misogynist.
