Alexander Chiropractic has been proudly serving the Livermore community and surrounding areas since 1986. Dr. Alexander has been around chiropractic care all his life. His chiropractor father founded Alexander Chiropractic. Dr. Alexander's dad gave him regular chiropractic adjustments since he was a child. It was during a mission trip in Mexico City that Dr. Alexander decided to become a chiropractor himself.
After a waterskiing accident in Malaysia, Dr. Williams sought the help of a chiropractor when he returned to California. At the time, he was serving in the Navy in San Diego. He originally thought he would pursue his dream of working as a sound recording engineer. However, while working on an aircraft carrier with a few layers of ear protection, Dr. Williams lost some frequencies.
Dr. Brett loves seeing positive change in people's lives. He enjoys helping our patients return to the activities that they love doing whether it's riding bikes, camping, playing sports, traveling or playing with their grandkids. He also finds it fulfilling to see patients come in regularly for maintenance adjustments because they recognize the life optimizing benefit.

Just had my first appointment and had a wonderful experience. Staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Alder took time to discuss the issues affecting me and the steps toward the road to improvement, and was very attentive. Look forward to future sessions and will be recommending Alexander Chiropractic to friends and family.

I went in yesterday to Alexander Chiropractic for the first time in quite a few years. First of all Gail the office manager is awesome!! She makes you feel genuinely welcome, plus she knows her stuff!! I saw Dr. Saincome. He is so passionate about Chiropractic , it is contagious. After a thorough exam and X-rays , we sat down and discussed my treatment plan. He then gently adjusted me. Oh my gosh! I literally walk out of there so much better! I am looking forward to seeing them again!

ALL staff are great and professional. There's no any other Chiro clinic I'd rather go for my treatments including massage but at Alexander Clinic. I don't usually make reviews like this, but I just know this Clinic deserves all appreciations! Great first impression. Today was my first visit. The staff were all very professional, informative and welcoming.
The initial consultation was a nice experience. I got checked in, I met with the doctor, we spoke about why I was at the office, there was an initial exam and analysis, x-rays were taken then later shown to me to explain why I was having pain in my lower back, then I got my first adjustment.
All along the way, Dr Adler did a good job explaining what was going to happen and (more importantly) why it was going to happen. We came up with an action plan and I left the appointment feeling
