Services
The training facility is designed and built for you. I was a trainer at a large commercial gym and a couple of studios for more than a decade. I designed and created ProActive Strength to be able to create the programs that I feel will give our clients the optimal opportunity to reach their results.
Nothing speaks more powerfully about the caring and professionalism we show our clients than through what they have to say about us. I had a stiff right shoulder and a sore left foot that were keeping me from swimming and running. I found Dr. Valle listed on the ART website. Prior to seeing Dr. Valle, I would rest my foot and massage the shoulder.

I had lower back back pain and after many many adjustments stayed the same. One visit with Dr. Valle and my pain was gone for months. I visit him two or three times a year instead of 3 times a week with other chiropractors and only do it because i spend a lot of hours driving through the day. I recommend you to go see him.

Dr Manny has done amazing work on me, and everyone that I have referred to him. I think we are all careful when we refer someone, this is a guy I know who is going to get that person out of pain. I have seen him revive athletes careers, as well as help me when my body got locked up from too much computer time. I highly recommend him!
