Great until you need to use them . then they cancel you and make you high risk to cost you more money . plus don't even notify you that your getting canceled . very unprofessional. Run and get someone else

Excellent agent and wonderful staff. I was involved in an auto accident in Missouri two years ago and didn't know whom to call, etc. Tim's card was in my wallet so I called him to ask what to do. I had never met him prior to this. He said, "I'll be right there", and in about 15 minutes, he showed up, notified the KCMO police and ordered a tow truck and told them to take my car to the Lexus body shop. He then drove me to the car rental place and stayed with me until they found a suitable car. Great Service!!
