I have been a State Farm Insurance Agent since 2020, and have worked with the company since 2015! I graduated for the University of Central Missouri where I also participated in college athletics.

Payton Logan and team are very professional and patient. They don’t treat you like a policy number. You’re treated like a person and will remain on the phone with you as long as it takes to assure you understand what’s being provided. They were able to take care of my need/request with an hour. Close to a year ago, my State Farm agent Allen Jones retired, and Payton took over the reins. Payton is transparent, tenacious, honest and knowledgeable of the products that he is selling. He follows up when he says he will and is willing to educate each time he engages with his customers. Anytime, I have questions or concerns about my policies, he listens and offers reasonable solutions.

Payton and his team were very helpful! I initially called to obtain a renters policy, but I also wanted to discuss my car insurance since I have just recently moved to the area from out of state. I have always “shopped” online for my car insurance, but never truly understood what coverage I needed. Payton took the time to educate me on my coverage and the different liability limits and helped me pick the best coverage for my needs and budget. I highly recommend using Payton and his team for your insurance needs!

Payton is definitely someone who I hope to continue to build a business relationship with as long as he is an agent. He is very dedicated and punctual. He made the process of switching agents when my former Agent retired, very seamless. He’s very knowledgeable and has helped me enchanted products that I have and view them in a different way. And by him doing that I now have more coverage but I am able to manage it much much better.
And let me not forget about everyone working in his office. They all work really well and no one makes me feel like a customer, they make me feel like family.

Tyler and his group have been very helpful after a car wreck. Tyler stayed on top of everything for me and made sure things were okay on our end. There is nothing like having an insurance agent that goes above and beyond to make sure that the clients know everything they need to know.
