I had to write a rave review after Amy just saved the day! I was in a car accident and Progressive was denying the claim. I failed to have a photo inspection done, as I had purchased the car just 2 months prior, and listed it as being new. Within minutes Amy had resolved the issue and the claim went through. It s amazing to have someone that will drop everything and realize the urgency of the issue. You need to have someone that is on your side! I can t even imagine trying to resolve this issue with an online insurance agency. Thank you Amy!

Bad customer service. Told they're too busy and to call back when having a 5 second problem, asked to fax over paperwork they claim the dealer didn't send them after numerous tries and informed by dealer that they never contacted them at all. Trying to pass your job to the customer is just horrible.
