When my premium went up, Amanda called and asked if I wanted her to look for a better option for me. I said yes and she bundled my renters and auto insurance and got me a better deal combined than I was originally paying for just auto! The transition to my new insurance was seamless and I always had a pleasant experience talking to everyone in the office. I highly recommend JMD insurance.

I am truly grateful for everything that Peggy and Rhiannon have done for me at JMD. I can honestly say they had and continue to have my best interest at heart. Back in 2017, Peggy really helped me and had my back when I was going through an accident dispute with NYCM insurance; when NYCM & Geico were putting me through so much trouble. She made one phone call, and the issue was disputed really fast.

JMD has helped find amazing auto insurance. When I got my first car I found them via a referral from a friend. They were super friendly and helped me understand what was important while looking for car insurance, and I needed to find the best rates.
Anytime I have had an issue with my insurance company they have been able to find a simple and easy fix for me. For example, after 2 years with my insurance policy they issued a non-renewal over being out of state for school. Rhiannon, quickly was able to explain my situation so that I can stay with that insurance company.
