I went in very skeptical because I have been insured 8 years with a competitor provider (for auto insurance). Victor (the agent) worked thoroughly and diligently to be able to work out a needed policy. It is rare to find people attentive to details and doing what is right. Thanks for great service !!

I am constantly having to call in to there office so they can fix my account. One time I added a vehicle and then I get a letter from the DMV that my license was going to be suspended when I been paying for the vehicle the whole time. Another I took off a vehicle and they continued to charge me for it and then no one knew how to refund my money. Everyone there is never on the same page. I just renewed my insurance because of an accident I had I am unable to go anywhere else and they raised my insurance by double of what I was original and then went into my account and charged me for things I did

Lisa and her team of well qualified agents have been so kind, down to earth and very knowledgeable. I am so glad I switched from Progressive to Lisa's State Farm agency. I now have live agents I can work with face to face. I learned about so many other great opportunities outside of the traditional "insurance game." Between, car, life, renters, & HI- I got a great deal and know if I ever need to use my insurance I am well covered, and covered by a great company with fabulous agents.
