There is actually a Jake, from State Farm, here and he is very helpful. He answered all my questions and was patient with my clarifications. He gave me time to think the quotes over on my own. I felt very comfortable that we covered everything which is important in something as stressful as trying to make sure you have the right insurance for your situation.

Yes, Jake from State Farm. I'm thinking the commercials were based on his personality. Very professional, very knowledgeable of their products. He looked at all our concerns and looked into where would could save on insurance instead of trying to up sell us for the benefit of the company. He has that Personal touch. Thanks Jake!

I recently sold my home and was due a refund from Edison. According to Edison, the refund had been mailed on September 14 and I still had not received the refund by October 8. Matt was incredibly responsive during this process and turned me over to Corrine who diligently followed up with Edison and me until my refund was received. I was incredibly impressed by this, because I was not buying another house, so essentially I was no longer going to be doing business with them.
