Terrible property manager. House is not maintained. Most requests for repairs are ignored. If they do respond its to accuse tenant of damaging property. It couldn't possibly be the 30 year old fixtures and deferred maintenance. My husband and I have done far more repairs, at our own expense, than the landlord. Run, don't walk, away from any property managed by this company.

Looking for a place to live isn't easy as we all know. I have to say this company didn't make it any easier for me. The answers I got in reference to their properties were very rude and short simple one line answers like no and the property is already taken. With no help with maybe a different property they had or suggestion. I feel like I was profiled because of the information that I gave up on the request of the property. I wouldn't guys doing business with somebody else who is more customer service oriented. If they're not willing to help a new tenant how do you think they treat their existing

Wow....all I can say is no customer service. Our application for a rental was approved. I called to schedule a time to pay the security deposit and sign the lease. I was making the appointment with for my husband. She scheduled a time and kept saying how important it was to be there on time because the guy was going out of town tomorrow. My husband was a doctors appointment with my son so when I called and told him when to be there and how important it was to be on time, he was worried he wouldn't make it on time because the doctors appointment was lasting longer than expected. I called her back
