Molly Kirsch has been Dr. Russ' lead NINJA for 12 years now! Molly always knows how to put a smile on our patients faces with her bright sense of humor. Molly is also our lead E4D specialist, specializing in our in-house laboratory work. On the weekends, she enjoys hunting, golfing, hiking, camping and spending time with her husband, daughters and their yellow lab, Lucy.

I attended Georgetown University for my undergraduate and then continued on to pursuing my dreams of becoming a dentist at University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. I started working with my dad at his practice in 1988. My dad retired 6 months later and the rest is history. The most fabulous aspect of my life is the happy home life I was blessed with.
Dr. Marchese has been treating patients for over 27 years as a dentist in Batavia, NY. He earned an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and later an advanced degree from the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. This is the best dental office I've ever gone to; everyone at the office makes you feel right at home, even the unique way they answer the phone brings a smile. I have the utmost faith in Dr. Marchese's skill as a dentist and appreciate his way of making me feel at ease. Love this practice and have referred Dr. Marchese to anyone looking for a dentist.

Talk about kindness! I don’t think anyone likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Marchese and his hygienists made it the best it could be. They are willing to explain things to you, and I never felt like my hygienist was rushing or had to get to another patient. They are nonjudgmental and very thorough. I am happy to have found this practice!

I am one of these people who HATES going to the dentist, so when I do it’s because I am hurting! My daughter told about Dr.Marchase....loved him and his staff. So I read his reviews and decided I better go! All I can say is, I am so glad I made the choice to go, he is wonderful and his staff is as well!! I highly recommended him, you will have a new outlook about going to the dentist 😬😁
