Alden Family Dentistry has been serving Alden and surrounding communities since 1982. We provide a wide range of dental services to patients of all ages in our conveniently located facility. Dr. Frank Soltiz and Dr. Joseph Soltiz and their staff are committed to the practice of Preventive Dentistry.
Patients love our schedule! With our extensive hours, we're sure you can come in at a time that fits your busy schedule. You can choose from early morning, evening and even Saturday hours. We are here Mondays and Thursdays from 8:00am until 4:00pm. Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00am until 9:00pm. Fridays from 10:00am until 4:00pm.
Alden Family Dentistry is a Preferred Provider for many of the largest and best insurance plans in Western New York. Our network of approved dental plans is always being updated, so, contact our office for details about your current policy. We accept Cash, Checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover for payment at the time of service.
Alden Family Dentistry is a Comprehensive Care facility. On your first visit, you concerns about you dental health will be carefully evaluated and addressed. Dr. Joe and Dr. Frank will conduct a thorough examination. Low Radiation, High Definition Digital X-Rays will be taken if necessary. After understanding your concerns and analyzing the results of your examination, a treatment plan will be established.
A native of Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Frank graduated from St. John's University with a B.S. in Biology. He was awarded a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 1981. Upon completion of a General Practice Residency at Buffalo General Hospital, he began his practice in Alden.

These guys are really good. As a veteran dentist offices make my anxiety go off the chart. They are very personal and good making sure you are comfortable all the way through the process. After calling main number, was directed to Lisa and she called back shortly. Made appointment for urgent dental care easily and even received another call back explaining my dental coverage. This was especially awesome due to conovirus recent outbreak. Lisa was courteous, knowledgable and acted in a very caring way. This is now my new dentist.

I love, love, love my dentist. I have been with Dr. Frank for at least 20 years. He is calm, explains everything, gives options and is sensitive to my concerns. If I have an emergency, he always fits me in his schedule immediately. When I need referrals to specialists, I am always happy with the referrals. Neighborhood dentistry at its best!

I have been to many dentists in the past I have never been to a better dentistry than Alden family dentistry in Alden NY!!! The staff is WONDERFUL friendly and professional and treat you like family . I have experienced many disappointing dentists in the past that didn't care if I was feeling pain or couldn't afford The procedures etc. Dr Frank and Doctor Joe are just wonderful and make sure I feel no pain are very friendly and professional and I highly recommend Alden family dentistry to anybody who has any fear of going to the dentist they work with you and for you they're the best !! This is a fantastic dental practice. I should have switched to them long ago. Dr. Soltiz Jr. is calm and professional, and doesn't push unnecessary services. He does the exam, states the issues, offers a treatment plan, and once decided he steps aside and lets his staff get to work. And the staff are calm, polite, gentle, and exceptionally professional. I've had some unpleasant dental experiences in the past, not because I'm a nervous dental patient, but because the doctor & staff were unpleasant and rough. I've loved this dentist since I starting going here, but what really stands out is how they treated my mother. My mom's teeth have been deteriorating for a while, mostly due to the medication she's on. As such, she's been terrified of going to the dentist, fearing that she'd be judged.
